Hi all, been doing a bit of all round 'Speci' fishing lately, using a method that all species fall to, and in the mix have been quite a few late season Tench, that seem to be feeding up hard. They obviously sense that autumn is just around the corner.

Here's a 3 1/2lb male tench that put up a good scrap on the light gear. 1.5lb test rods, 6lb line and hooklinks.
