Wight Fishing has been created to bring together the angling community on the Isle Of Wight. It takes into account all forms of rod and line angling including sea (shore and boat), coarse, game, and kayak.

Our Mission Is;

 "To protect and promote Angling on the Isle Of Wight"

 We will continue to do this by using our website and forum to unite all forms of angling under one roof and both internally and externally promote and share our individual angling achievements. We will endeavour to keep up to date with both local and national Angling news and legislation and give information where we can.

The Wight Fishing website attracts 479,000 on average hits a month and reached 5,748,270 Hits with more than 50,000 unique visitors in 2011

We have a simple pricing plan £50 for 6 months for a single or £100 for 6 months for a double. There is a limited number of advertising space.  

Directory listings for;

accomodation, pubs and restaurants, tackle shops, caravan/holiday parks, attractions, charters are £20 for 6 months.

We are the leading resource for angling information on the Isle of Wight. With many pages of information from tide times to tactics and venue information.

We gain regular coverage about our events and matches which appear in the local press including Isle Of Wight County Press, Ventnor Blog and the Isle Of Wight Chronicle.

We also have an array of branded clothing and stickers which are displayed by many anglers on the Island helping to increase our presence.
